  Unfortunately the color of the wig I received was not the purple from the ad photos. It was more a magenta and pink. While I was disappointed about that, I contacted the seller and they had excellent communication and offered me options for how to resolve the issue. I opted to receive a partial refund and keep the wig. So, while it’s not the color I wanted I was very pleased with the sellers response and actions and overall I would say this was a positive experience.
