    I am giving this seller positive feedback even thought they shipped me the wrong item. They responded immediately to my message concerning this problem and offered a full refund. While I am disappointed I didn't get what I ordered, the seller's quick and positive refund offer makes them a good seller. Other sellers should make note, this is how to treat customers. Because of this quick resolutions I am giving them positive feedback.

    Vendor put wrong address on package. Verified by FedEx photo of it left on wrong porch and conversation with FedEx. Vendor still claimed it was delivered to my address. FedEx said address on package wasn't even close. Vendor did full refund though. Fine with me.

    Fantastic seller. The bumper seems correct, even for aftermarket. It was packaged in the bag, like they always are, but it was also put into a box for shipping and I really appreciated that as it avoids damage quite a bit more. Shipping was very fast, too. Thank you.
