  I have emailed the supplier a couple times they tell me the product has been delivered and it has not period I'd use the tracking on their own program , and the shipping company says they have returned the item to china a week ago , the owners have been asked to send me a refund , but have not

  I had made the seller an offer, they counter offered. I made another offer which they ignored, and it expired. I went back to the seller’s offer to accept it…there was no response. I sent the seller a number of messages, trying to work out a deal, but there was no response from them…communication and follow-through on price is non-existent…very poor seller!!
