  Seller gave me a great deal on the charging cable. Came in brand new perfect condition in box. Shipping was super fast and customer service was awesome. Ryobi cables are super high quality never had any issues. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Very happy with my purchase.

  Ryobi is a great brand and there is no need to review to review the product. This review is about the Ebay store. As a long time Ebayer, I know there will be the rare issue. This is one of those rare times. Even though it was clearly, a USPS problem, the seller went above and beyond to satisfy me. The communication was great as was the resolution. I can't say enough good about the seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller!

  Thank you for your comments! It is easy to work with a buyer that communicates the problem directly to the seller. Those buyers that immediately get Ebay involved create situations that make it hard to resolve an issue that pleases the buyer. I hope to do business with you in the future. Carolyn

  This grinder arrived on time. The packaging was somewhat below expectations because the items were able to 'bounce around' within the box with inadequate insulation. The product however was undamaged, a somewhat fortuitous result. I would recommend that Carolyns Quality Products pay more attention to protecting merchandise within its shipments. Otherwise, my purchase experience was acceptable.
