  I am so pleased with every aspect of my purchasing experience with this seller! The item was exceptionally well-packaged for shipment. Great care was given to protecting the fragile contents. It was shipped shortly after I made my purchase and arrived quickly. And, the item was as described, in excellent condition, and even more beautiful than in the photo of the listing.   Thank you! It was packaged very well for shipment! My wife was elated to get a replacement for one that was destroyed in a freak accident by one of our kitties. She did not know that I had ordered it for her! It was as described, and the shipping was faster than what I expected. Perfectly priced also.   I was so excited to get this item, more surprised about the care this seller took to make sure my item was shipped safely. With the tissue paper stuffed inside teapot, the cover, to the extra bubble wrap, to secure the spout and handle. Plus, added plastic wrapping. Everything was perfect!! I will be saving this seller!! Thank you again for all you did to make my purchase 100 percent perfect!! The best ever in my years of buying!!
