  I did ship the wrong item, gave the seller a full refund and told them to keep the item that I sent. I spoke with the gentleman numerous times and never once did I not respond or resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, what more can I do than apologize, give a refund and allow them to keep the item? Some people, no matter what, find issue with everything. Mind you, full refund, told them to keep the hoodie, apologized numerous times... what more can I do than that?
