  I bought a 20” ceramic figure that had been repaired. The repair and packaging were both superb. Unfortunately, the figure had split in half in transit. I messaged the seller the next day. They messaged me back within an hour. Even though the cracked figure was no fault of theirs, they immediately credited my card the full amount I had paid, including shipping. No questions asked. They were not only professional but prompt as well. I’m very thankful. Would not hesitate to buy from this seller.

  I was worried about ordering games from people on ebay as I've never done it before. This seller shipped my game out same day and received it extremely fast. Item was 100% as described with none of the plastic removed and like it was new from the store. I recommend this seller and I am confident in rebuying from this seller. Was definitely worth the money spent along with the quality it showed up in. Not even a scratch in the plastic or the box.

  Good shipping time, however, the items were not safely packaged. By luck, the items were not damaged, but the box was not marked well with the address and was torn open on one of the corners so the items were partially exposed and the package was pretty beat up all around ...It was the original box for the items, but needed re-enforcement with better taping before shipping. But the items were safe, as described, and so cute!!

  Arrived as described, but it could have used some sort of bubble wrap in the box. As a collector, the box of the item is important to me. So while this item did not arrive damaged, there was nothing protecting it the box. Just a heads up for the future.
