  The manuals arrived as described. The packaging was good. The value was good. The shipping was usual. It came in two different packages a few days apart. Also it took several days after payment before the manuals shipped and I only received one of the two tracking numbers. The seller communicated well. Overall good experience and I would buy from the seller again.

  Excellent seller, extremely attentive and responsive. Initial order was for another item from same seller. After I ordered, I noticed a better, more complete set that was larger than initial order item. Great value! Seller was able to immediately prepare new set while I initiated "switch" w Ebay for proper record keeping. Items arrived promptly and were packaged well for shipping. Products as advertised if not in better condition than described. I have already saved seller!

  Seller: 5 Stars, Shipping Cost: 5 Stars, Shipping time: 1 Star (outside of sellers stated timeframe AND I had to ask to finally get it shipped!) Seller Communication: 5 Stars, Shipping speed: 0 Stars, I'd say slow but I would hate for you to think it was THAT fast!, however that's on USPS NOT the seller Product: NEW as advertised and arrived intact with a few wrinkled corners but nothing effecting use even tho the box looked like it went around the world twice being kicked all the way!

  Overall a great person to work with and very responsive, and I would definitely continue doing business with him. The package arrived as stated, every item was individually wrapped and in the condition as outlined in the details and photographed. The pricing was overall more than a fair value.

  Packaging was excellent and shipping was done professionally through the USPS. The Shop Manuals were "as advertised" and well worth the price. The seller provided a great offering to me, and I appreciate the fact that they were willing to sell these items. I would definitely buy from them again.
