  Eventually received in good condition after a delay with customs and a bit of a cock-up with delivery. Seller provided timely updates and was prompt with communications. Would buy from this seller again.

  Disappointment as seller falsely states fast delivery but in reality he's drop shipping from another country and send me a message over a week later to say the item is stuck in customs and wouldn't even get to me for weeks so I asked for a refund as I'm not waiting a month or more for delivery. Seller should update description or keep items in stock before selling. Not happy.

  We do NOT drop ship these We have a container full of lights arriving We emailed you the date of purchase to state these would take 2 weeks was we have a container on the water coming over We cannot control customs delaying the container reaching us I emailed you to ask if you wanted to wait 1 week until this was cleared You asked for a refund and this was done immediataly

  You're missing the point I'm trying to make is that you need to be upfront with your customers about your extremely long delivery times. Clearly states on your description DELIVERY WITHIN 2-3 DAYS yet in reality it's 3 weeks or even a month with no mention that these are being sent from a different country which is basically what drop shipping is. My advice - be more honest with your customers otherwise, i see I'm not the only person you've let down from looking at your other feedback.

  Rarely leave feedback less than positive!! Firstly the subwoofer and amp are great not a problem but they forgot the wiring kit. After messaging them they got it sent straight out.....ok I can deal that. They sent a cheaper Stringer kit not the Vibe one listed. When I asked for the Vibe kit they said they didn't have it but I saw they are selling them separate on another listing. So they didn't tell me they were sending a different item and apparently selling items they don't actually have.
