When I finally received it, it was damaged and nothing like the listing picture. After initially leaving a negative 1-Star review, the seller promptly reached out and explained it was a mixup on their end and they immediately authorized a full refund. Overall I was still not happy waiting almost a week and a half for a bad product but the seller did amend this situation and provided excellent customer service.
