  This is the first time buying refurbished wheels and I was nervous about it. However, I would highly recommend this seller. These wheels are in excellent condition. They are absolutely like brand new. Packaged well so no damage during shipping and exactly as described. I found the cost to be very reasonable too. I’m extremely happy with this product and so happy to have purchased them for my Tesla.

  Awesome seller!! I did not know these wheels came from the factory in polished and powered coated. I accidentally ordered powder coated and wanted to exchange. They were very accommodating and customer service responded quickly and professionally to emails about my concerns. The return process had some hiccups due to eBay return policies, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. My only complaint is that powder coated was not specially mentioned in the description.

  This seller is amazing!… they had the absolute best price listed for my rim. They responded to my request almost instantly & we’re actually able to push the order out same day so I would get the rim in time to slap it on and take my car for our roadtrip!… I would recommend them to anyone!… thanks again guys! PS - don’t be fooled by the “in the style of…” bullsh*t like I already did!… double check the listing and description to make sure its OEM!… these guys only deal in OEM!!!

  Wheel was in great shape basically new. Did not come with center cap as it wasn’t pictured with it. Value was ok given the typical price new from dealership. Slow shipping but it was packaged well and there were no issues with balancing. I messaged them about the shipping delay and was told two business day which is no issue however it shipped on the 3rd or fourth day instead. Typically not an issue however not what was reported.

  The wheel came quicker than I thought. The wheel looks great! I accidently had the wrong shipping address, and was able to contact them, and they were able to fix it without issues. They called me back, then called me back to assure me the address was changed and the package was shipping to the correct location. Great customer service, great product!
