  Seller discovered he was out of stock with the nickel tailpiece. He promptly communicated the issue to me with an estimate of how long it would take to back order and gave me the option to either cancel the transaction or wait for restock. I chose the latter and received the tailpiece within the timeframe he specified. Item is as described and excellent quality. I would definitely deal with them again.

  It took 2 weeks to get here from the date ordered. It was the same price as it was on Amazon so I would have been better off buying from Amazon. But the product came undamaged so I'm rating the product. Seller was also communicative which I appreciate.

I will certainly be buying from Capital Music Gear again. Wonderful people!! Many thanks!! As a worthwhile note: The guitar's color is actually much more vibrant than the photos suggest. Truly beautiful. The fit and finish are of the finest craftsmanship, and the cost of the unit was well worth it's value! Great bang for the buck!!

  The seller posted the bigsby very quickly - considering it was coming from the US it was about two weeks earlier than their estimate. Excellent quality on being delivered I was very happy, condition was new as described and looks fantastic! Great value as they accepted my offer. The only negative - and nothing to do with the seller - was on the Bigsby being delivered there was a customs charge to pay, so bear that in mind from any product bought from the US.overall - a fantastic buying experi
