The glass already had a crack in it (which I knew) the problem was, the seller shipped it in a little box with no protection to the glass but a few little peanuts. Seller didn’t even wrap the picture. So instead of one crack it now has three. As an experienced seller, I represented what the condition of the piece was. You did know about the crack. I paid for the more expensive shipping so that the piece would be more protected. I cannot help what the post office does. The value of the piece is in the embroidery not the glass. In the future, make sure you request what kind of shipping you expect. Also, we could have talked about this and you could have returned the item for money back.
