  The shoes were new, in original box as advertised. The poor part of this purchase was that the shoes were very poorly wrapped by a thin envelope material in the actual shoebox there was no additional padding packaging or anything so by the time the shoes got here the box was smashed and totally compromised and the envelope was ripped in several places if I’m buying a new item I would’ve appreciated better packaging to endure the shipping process

  Excellent seller A+, will buy again! Grandma accidentally bought the wrong shoe size at Costco, and they didn’t have her size anymore so she returned them and bought her correct size from this seller for the exact same price! Shoes were brand NEW and AS DESCRIBED, with FAST SHIPPING! Packed well. Thank you!

  The shoes I ordered were just as described and shipped quickly, packed well. I am very pleased with my purchase. A great deal on this item. The shoes were packed in bubble wrap and shipped in watertight plastic packaging. Which was sufficient for the style and weight of these shoes.

  Beautiful cookware. The seller packed it very poorly. The box was too small for the glass lid and stainless pan. There was no cushioning on one side of the skillet and lid. It stuck outside of the box and was only covered with plastic; no padding. The package did arrive undamaged. The seller has poor communication. I had asked the seller for details about which series the pans were or to send photos of the back of a pan to indicate the series. There was no response to my messages
