October 2 the guy replied to my message after my refund request he will refund until they have their package, doesn’t make sense the package was never cleared but he wants to make sure he gets his item first before he can refund my money. Please stay away from this people.

After several days noticing the part not being delivered I contacted UPS and the seller. Seller never responded. Sent several more messages to no avail finally requested a refund on September 15th and received refund Sept 18th Basically this whole deal tied up my money and time, would not ever order from this seller again. 12 days of time wasted, had to order somewhere else and now waiting again
