  Condition: Exactly as described, open box but new, no signs of use at all. The seller’s communication was absolutely amazing, its sellers like them that give me so much confidence in buying from eBay. I was worried because UPS delayed my package, and there were no updates, the seller quickly communicated using their excellent soft skills to show they cared and were able alleviate any worries that I had about receiving my item. I highly recommend them 10/10.

  Bought a 14" laptop. Box had a bit of damage. Laptop was wrapped in paper and I was concerned but laptop looks brand new. All hardware advertised was in laptop. Very happy with transaction. 2-3 day after purchase I got conformation laptop was being shipped with UPS. I would highly recommend.
