  I am very pleased with my purchase, the mug arrived in perfect condition with a lot of protective packaging to prevent it from breaking during shipment, I really appreciate the care that went into bubble wrapping it so well. The item was exactly what I expected from the photos on the listing, it is very high quality, the price is very good, and the shipping was very fast.   First thing I noticed was box well taped up. Then I opened box and noticed item came wrapped in couple layers of bubble wrap which was nice to see as shipper takes the extra care to ship properly.
