  The items arrived promptly but they were faulty, which isn’t great. However, the seller was prompt to take responsibility and provided a full refund swiftly. The communication was good. I would recommend them because if there’s a problem, you know they will attend to it and resolve it in a reasonable manner, which is rare nowadays! Good seller but sadly the products didn’t work.

  Exactly as advertised and arrived swiftly. Have not used it yet but have unpacked it and it all looks as expected. Bought another item from this seller and so postage was combined and i only paid one postage for two items which was a significant factor in purchasing.

  quick delivery, item as described if not better! couldn't be happier, initially worried as box was damaged, i'm guessing by bad handling by delivery agents (the plastic tie had gone through the box by some way, took a pic just incase) but upon opening found it all to be fine.

  Very good service tent delivered on time and is in excellent condition and as advertised. Communication with the seller regarding delaying dispatch so I would be at home when delivered was again excellent Many thanks

  Haven't set it up yet but seems all good did have a small issue with the packaging damaged and a couple of items missing form the damaged box but contact the seller and explain want had happened and got a very quick reply and all sorted
