I had gone by the size chart but still the first flight suit I got was a bit on the small side and I wouldn’t be able to use it for my 40th Bday party. Due to Royal Mail dragging their heels it arrived a on the Friday before my party on the Saturday. I messaged them, and they managed to sort it so on the Saturday morning I got my replacement even though that was in no way guaranteed. It really made my day being able to go as Maverick to my 80’s party! A1+ I’m so so happy!

My order didn't turn up but was showing on the tracking app as dispatched and received by the royal mail.? After contacting the seller I got a reply very quickly and it was agreed to send out another item which I did receive quickly but it was not as described as it had been worn. A couple of days later I received a grey slip from the royal mail saying stating the sender had not paid enough postage. I paid £3.50 online and my item arrived.
