    The item was in perfect condition as described and pictured. I had a few questions before I bought the item. They were answered promptly. I also contacted the seller when the item arrived as it was a minor issue. The response was immediate and provided me with a quick and satisfactory solution. All in all, my experience of buying from Otani Camera Tokyo has been very positive. I would have no hesitation in doing business with them again.     The article was in mint like-new condition, even better than described, and the seller provided a 5-star service. There was a confusion with the the item, but seller diligently sent the replacement and took in charge all the related expenses. Best service ever on ebay. I would definitively buy again and recommend this seller, since when something goes wrong is when you find out that the seller is serious and trustworthy.

    Original review submitted because the there was no functioning link to contact the seller. Once my feedback was posted, the seller contacted me immediate and the issue was resolved; the seller accepted a return and is sending another camera meeting the original [MINT in Box] description. The main problem was that I was initially unable to contact the seller - this may be a problem with eBay, not the seller, who responded promptly and has corrected the issue to my satisfaction.
