  The item was beautifully packaged and arrived just as described in excellent condition. Shipping was quick - and when my local post office “lost” the package for 24 hours, I contacted the seller and they spent over an HOUR on the phone with USPS trying to help me locate it, even though the delay wasn’t the seller’s fault in any way. Excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

  Seller was quick to communicate, did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Very happy with my purchase and I am excited to wear it! It also came sooner than expected, though that is purely by chance. Just thought I'd mention it anyways though. Packaging was good and the value was pretty unbeatable so either way it's about as good as I could have hoped for! Once again, great seller, would buy from again and am very happy with my purchase!

  Beautiful jacket, just as described and even prettier than the photos. Communication with the seller was so easy; she responded immediately to my questions, even though she was out of town. Just as she promised, she mailed the jacket the same day she arrived home. The jacket was carefully (and prettily) packaged. The price was so reasonable, and shipping was just what it cost her. She is one of the kindest, most careful and trustworthy sellers I have encountered. I will return to her shop!
