  Not used any type of quilling paper before but this seems to be of good quality and value. It arrived quickly and was dry, intact, free from any damage, and well packaged.   They only get a neutral as they FINALLY refunded me. Deserve NEGATIVE. I paid $17 for 6 (hopefully stainless?) caps that cost cents 4 them to buy. Item was NOT like the picture in the listing. I wanted a flat topped cap. They sent ones with a recess, which is not suitable for me. As usual business tries to give a part refund but "give us 5 stars". Then tries to get me to pick another item from their listing - but "give us 5 stars". Then "We will refund you but give us 5 stars first" .
