  First off the price was good but then Fedx had the package , after 13 day's i contact the seller he explained that Fedx has lost the package but Caltric would return my money or send the item again to me i told Caltric to send the parts again and they arrived 4 days later thank you very much Caltric for great customer service and a great part .

  The item was as advertised but was missing the zero fitting that was supposed to be in the box. Also the shipping was delayed because the spindle was sent in the wrong package resulting in postage due in the amount of $21.60 which the seller told me I would be reimbursed for. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the quality and price. I’ll be buying more mower parts from this company.

  The part arrived late & was reordered. The fault is with the Post Office not the seller. The package was stuck in Columbus Ohio for a long time. When it arrived the box was taped all over but the part was still okay. No problem with the seller. They did an excellent job. The part was as advertised & we now have two of them.   I have bought from the seller multiple times before. They always have great prices. I always have got exactly what is advertised. The products are always boxed. It says to me the seller cares. I appreciate they were able to communicate and help me. No I didn't need this item because I already had it I will definitely be buying from the seller again. Thank you

  Items were shipped from this seller almost immediately after purchase. Received emails about the status of shipment. Very pleased with this seller and I have received the oil filters and they were packaged nicely and the product was as stated in the info on the website. A am Very Pleased.

  after receiving my battery shipment the first time at the post office. it was labeled damaged on the box and the box was empty. i'm sure it had nothing to do with seller. i contacted the seller and the replaced the battery. with no no hassle . thank you very much for there quick response. excellent customer service
