I gave it some time and decided to contact the seller about this. Within 12 hours I had a response and the option of a refund or to still receive my order but on special 1 day delivery. The communication was very clear and very quick. I also received lots of smaller goodies inside my package which was a very welcome bonus overall lovely customer support :)

The shipment came very quickly in the original packaging with everything needed for installation. The description says it fits Ducati multistrada 1200 from 2012 to 2014, but it also fits the 10-11 model. I definitely recommend this seller 👌
