    I had bought this item however due to unforeseen circumstances there was an error with my shipping and my product was never dispatched. I gave it some time and decided to contact the seller about this. Within 12 hours I had a response and the option of a refund or to still receive my order but on special 1 day delivery. The communication was very clear and very quick. I also received lots of smaller goodies inside my package which was a very welcome bonus overall lovely customer support :)

    Didn’t receive the item as they didn’t have it in stock for a week maybe two. The communication was brilliant I was told straight away they were waiting on the part and they would refund me if I didn’t want to wait (I didn’t). They refunded me the same day and apologised! Really can’t fault them will use them again I the future!

    I ordered a k&n du 12-10 air filter for my motorcycle and everything is as described. The shipment came very quickly in the original packaging with everything needed for installation. The description says it fits Ducati multistrada 1200 from 2012 to 2014, but it also fits the 10-11 model. I definitely recommend this seller 👌
