  I have ordered from Calloway pre owned before and it was a positive experience. They came thru again. Club is probably better than described. I will know more more tomorrow when I try it out. Fast shipping. Good packaging, good communication and price. I will not hesitant to order from them again! Thank you!

  Very happy with the purchase. The Club is like new and was packaged very well. My only complaint is the seller never sent us a tracking number and we did not receive any notification on ebay that the club was on the way until the day it was delivered. It would have been nice to know that the item had been shipped so we would know when to expect it

  There was a mix-up with the original club, but the seller handled it quickly and professionally. Excellent communication, fast resolution, and the correct replacement was shipped right away, no hassle. The new club arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be happier. Mistakes happen—it’s how they’re handled that matters. This seller went above and beyond. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely buy from them again without hesitation!

  Club shipped did not resemble photo, but seller made it right. Callaway is difficult to reach, making it challenging to solve. eBay had to step in to help. Getting a human eBay representative was not easy either. In the end I was satisfied. But it took a couple hours of my time.

  Shipped promptly and received in good order. All clubs were individually bagged, heads shrink-wrapped, and bubble wrapped. These refurbished clubs and bag appear brand new. Test will be on the course and range but what was delivered seems like a great value. Excellent communication. Received emails with a certificate of authenticity from Calloway and 2 year warranty details from eBay / Square Trade. Very happy with purchase.

  So I gave 4 for shipping. Only because the item was bought on a Friday but not picked up for shipping till Monday. After contacting the seller. They advised me there were no pickups after noon Friday nor the weekend. My advice, if you want your item in less than 4 days. Buy it Monday through Thursday. Seller was responsive with answers. Item was as advertised.
