  The worst service ever. Purchased a graded card over two weeks ago. They shipped it out. Incorrectly shipped out the wrong item which is worth 10$. And they refunded it and offered me 3$ discount on any item. The card has already rose over 100$ in value and now I’m out of the card. I’m 100% sure they did this on purpose because they saw how much more the card is worth now.

  I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have contacted the shipping company several times to have the item returned, but it had already been delivered to a different person and they were already unable to respond. However, I am saddened and shocked that I was called a liar after I made every effort to refund the money. It is true that I am at fault. It was my mistake. I am sorry. Please just believe me. It is not a lie, it is true. Mistakes can happen because people do things.
