Incorrectly shipped out the wrong item which is worth 10$. And they refunded it and offered me 3$ discount on any item. The card has already rose over 100$ in value and now I’m out of the card. I have contacted the shipping company several times to have the item returned, but it had already been delivered to a different person and they were already unable to respond.
