    Everything was packaged well, swift delivery, set it all up and the monitor would not function. Tried everything we could and it would not work. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with the seller and a PROMPT REFUND was ISSUED upon return of this item. Very satisfied with this seller, sorry the product did not function properly, my wife loved the size of it!
