It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

I did receive a very close model, with almost no differences. The condition was as listed (open box unused) it was packaged in a original Un damaged packaging. Shipping was on time. And even though the model was a slight step down, I still got a great deal and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would consider ordering again from this seller with assurances I was actually getting what I ordered.

I however did not read the full description and ordered the wrong one, this seller made every effort to help me with the problem, my fault 100 % would I recommend this seller YES and I would shop the seller again!!!! Over all the computer is in very good shape and at a great price. Would consider purchasing from again, however would ask more questions first.
