    5 Star seller, 0 star USPS. This is a complicated story. My package, sent through usps was horribly damaged. Without going into specifics, it arrived unusable, but less than 10 minutes after letting the seller know I was offered a full refund! The seller kept things respectful and polite. He understood that this was an unfortunate situation for both of us and didn’t even bother asking me to return the item. I will definitely be returning to this shop. My thoughts on usps haven’t changed.

    The product was a good deal, arrived in a short time, was well packaged, and overall very good!! Only problem I had was that there was a missing part that was not shown in the pictures. I contacted the seller, and they are giving me a partial refund to replace the part!! Very happy with them overall!!

    Item securely wrapped and packed in strong box for safe arrival. Arrived about three weekdays after shipment. Ordered on weekend, arrived Thursday. Laptop was as described and tests out fine after installing my programs, updating Dell and Intel drivers and running utilities, diagnostics. Thank you for great service on my order. Great value.

    Honestly was skeptical with how cheap the camera was when it retails for $200, but overall best packaged and product I have gotten on eBay! The shipping was fast and everything came as described! I will be ordering again from this seller!
