  item was listed as OPEN BOX with no pictures of the speakers inside . I asked for pictures and he responded that the box was sealed and item was as new. I took a chance because of a great price. shipping was slow and box was in perfect condition. one of the speakers had slight damage that absolutely was not from shipping.i contacted the seller and sent a picture. he played ignorant (he new he had been caught) and offered a very small refund .I kept my purchase but paid $65 for a replacement part

  We asked him to return the device, but he refused. He wants the device and the money. We returned part of the amount, but he refused. He wants the full amount without returning the device. That's why he wrote these obscene words that indicate this character. He is a fraud

  There was a problem that didn't show during the seller's own testing prior to shipping, which created an awkward situation. In spite of that, seller promptly sent a replacement part, which resolved the issue. Good seller. Both shipments and all communications were handled in a timely manner.

  I’m impressed with the speed of the delivery of the idem, and how well it was packed. Great quality and an accurate description. Condition of the speaker was good. Value was a great price and very fare. Appearance was what it was in the pictures. Would buy from this seller again!
