  Unfortunately, I asked the seller to pull this before it was shipped. They were very nice about it, and I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. They refunded my money very quickly. I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and they could not have been nicer and more efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a computer!

  The item arrived quickly and securely packaged. It came in a plastic case and looks brand new to me as listed. At this time I cannot rate this item if it is fully functional since I am still awaiting for more computer parts to arrive from other vendors and have not installed it yet. For the value though it is a little bit less than other vendors plus the free shipping.
