  The level of customer service that I received from Bustoff, LLC absolutely exceeded my expectations. I contacted their customer service team about an issue I encountered with an item that I purchased. They acted "VERY PROMPTLY" by providing me with, not only, a "VERY SATISFYING" resolution. But, they resolved the matter in a way that I found to be the true epitome of what providing "OUTSTANDING" customer service is all about.   I am happy with the product; it is as described on eBay. The packaging was very good as the laptop was well protected. The shipping didn't take a long time. And most importantly, this is exactly what I want. Good battery life, very fast , good multitasking and portable. This is a good buy from this vendor.
