    This seller is top-notch! Original shipment was wrong color, I was concerned bec the color I need is out of stock everywhere. Turned out it was a simple error and they not only had me keep the original shipment, they made me whole by shipping the correct color, at no add'l cost! The packaging and items in the new box were top-notch and overall a great value / as described. They made it easy for me and I could not be happier with their prompt friendliness!

    It was fine, I am happy to have gotten what I wanted. It was kind of gross opening a package to a really dirty item. I can understand it was used but it is literally covered in weird grime and dirt. Shipping was fast, packaging was good too, and it is clearly “used condition” which is as described by the seller, but I do wish it would have at least been wiped down before being mailed off. My complaints are things that were not pictured, and does not really affect value.

    What a lovely helpful, honest seller. I had trouble purchasing these erasers so I contacted the seller who replied quickly and were super helpful and patient. Postage wasn't as much as expected and the seller kindly offered me a refund, which I declined as I was grateful to purchase the erasers. Items arrived packaged well and safely to the UK. I would recommend this seller. Thank you 😀

    Really lovely seller-shipped item very quickly and the price i paid for the item and shipping was very reasonable. Condition was just as described and looked exactly as shown in the picture. It unfortunately broke during transit, however, the seller was so understanding and immediately rectified the situation. I would absolutely purchase from them again in the future.
