These shifter boots from Mercedes Benz have small plastic tabs that easily break. I e-mailed the seller with photos of the broken tab. He immediately wrote back and offered an adjustment in price. The adjustment was fair so I accepted. I am very pleased with the item (except for the broken tab) and especially with the great customer service. I will be sure to do business again with this seller. Highly recommended.

Asked if the seller would partially refund since the fan motor was defective (scavenged a fan motor from my old damaged unit). Seller and I were able to work out a partial refund and I made use of the rest of what I received from the seller. A+ resolution. Pleasure working this out with the seller
