  So grateful! Item described & carefully packaged. Shipping took longer than expected, but at absolutely no fault of the seller. Seller was so kind & responsive in helping to get package moving again with USPS, even following up on the day it was out for delivery. I highly recommend & would definitely purchase from again.   Although the seller could not tell me about the cleaning instructions, they pointed me to the write person to ask about. I was very happy to receive this in the mail. The product was double protected with plastic and lined with cardboard so there would be no creases upon arrival. It was described perfectly and arrived on time.   I had a book bag like this years ago but mine fell apart from overuse and love, so I was delighted to see this same bag for sale. It was shipped out super fast, and the wonderful Seller kept me updated with every step. It is exactly as described and the colors are more vibrant than I remembered.
