  I received my hat this morning exactly when it was promised to be delivered. It arrived as advertised, in a secure well taped-up box and most importantly, totally as a quality product in an undamaged condition. Compared with major retailers, it was sold at an excellent valued price. To cap it off, I have been told that it fits well and changes my appearance ideally for my sunny holidays!   Item arrived quickly and packaged well. However the item arrived in a different colour as to what I had ordered. I messaged the seller about this issue straight away and they responded promptly and I started a return process. I received a refund once I had sent the item back and had no issue with the seller.
