    When it arrived, the box was falling apart, but packaging was holding together, and no damage was found. Top consideration was great response time as getting new components lead to some problems, but their support was timely and very helpful.

    Not completely happy about them not sending the correct item, but they did test it prior and sent out a slightly better unit. I wish there was more communication about it prior. They did send a new power supply for one that failed.

    I am EXTREMELY pleased with my server! It came exceptionally packaged in a sturdy box and encased in thick foam, there was absolutely zero damage to it. The server itself is almost cosmetically perfect. Inside was immaculately clean. I ordered a R730 but got a R730XD which IMO is a bit of an upgrade! The hardware specs matched perfectly with those on the listing. All diagnostics test passed. All firmware was up to date. Shipping was fast, price was excellent. Highly recommend this seller!

    I was able to get a server customized for exactly what I needed. The server shipped quick and arrived in perfect condition padded with expanding foam which was a plus. The server had no dust and everything it said it had was there. There were two drive caddies that I thought would be included which was not however I think that was a miscommunication on my part rather on them. I will absolutely go through them again in the future.
