Good value compared with local suppliers who wanted about 20% more and unable to deliver in less than 7 days. Communication was very good and dispatch and delivery timescale was fast and excellent, less than 4 days from order to delivery on my doorstep. Some thanks must also go to DX, the delivery company who ensured it did happen. Would I by from Build and Plumb again? Yes. Thanks guys.

The grout ordered appeared to be the last in a large batch. I raised a concern about the expiry date and the seller responded very quickly and resolved my problem. Having opened the package that looked like the delivery person drove over it before handing it to my neighbour. Wish people used another delivery service to RM nothing but bad experience with them

Company hasn’t responded to my message about it though, which is slightly concerning, for example if you had something badly wrong and needed attention, hence only 4 stars for delivery and seller communication. Other than that, all went well and pleased with product and price.
