  According to tracking couple of days delay in dispatching however courier (Royal Mail) ran over delivery date so probably not fault of seller, item arrived in good condition due to quality packaging, not used step paint yet but looks ok as described, and seems value for money, if all ok I would use seller again and I would be recommending, thank you.

  Easy top marks to this seller. Good value compared with local suppliers who wanted about 20% more and unable to deliver in less than 7 days. Communication was very good and dispatch and delivery timescale was fast and excellent, less than 4 days from order to delivery on my doorstep. Some thanks must also go to DX, the delivery company who ensured it did happen. Would I by from Build and Plumb again? Yes. Thanks guys.

  As Described FAST Delivery Very Poor PKG. Item Arrived Damaged. Both Wall Brackets Broken Plastic Mount Holes SNAPPED OFF Arrived Broken in UNOPENED SEALED Display PKG. So Do Not Think this is Down too the POSTMEN or Carriers. ? Item was SENT out Posted DAMAGED. Will Not Be Re Ordering. A Minor Fault But Renders STANDARD PIPE FIXING Useless. Thank You For Our Order.   Very good communication and quick to resolve a problem. Prompt dispatch, quick delivery and competitive price. The grout ordered appeared to be the last in a large batch. I raised a concern about the expiry date and the seller responded very quickly and resolved my problem. Overall, I was impressed with the service provided and I would shop here again. Many thanks.

  Good price, luckily it was packaged really well I don't know what's happening with Royal Mail they delivering to the wrong address although this ended up nextdoor the last time it ended up streets away. Having opened the package that looked like the delivery person drove over it before handing it to my neighbour. Wish people used another delivery service to RM nothing but bad experience with them

  It arrived a day later than stated and a small filter was missing from the pack but it wasn’t needed (must have been a spare). Company hasn’t responded to my message about it though, which is slightly concerning, for example if you had something badly wrong and needed attention, hence only 4 stars for delivery and seller communication. Other than that, all went well and pleased with product and price.
