  Came in a rather large box for a stablemate, with some minimal packing material, but horse was wrapped well in bubble wrap. Mail department must have thought MN was Montana cuz he went there first before turning around and getting back to me in Minnesota so it took longer than usual to get to me. Not sellers fault though by any means. The seller was great. The horse is beautiful and just as described and pictured. Nice quality and in perfect condition. Glad he finally made it. Thank you.

  Received order in 2 shipments/complete plus extras included in 2nd shipment-THX/As described/OK packaging...could use more sturdy box for shipping fragile items plus "fragile" sticker-really good effort by Seller with extra cardboard taped on outside & paper/toilet paper/bubble wrap packaging...found out that these were 3-D printed & not original Hartland horses but fascinating to look at....happy with my purchase/SUPER customer service! THX :)
