  Item as described, shipped fast, and was a good value. The only concern was that the item busted through the packaging, so it could have been bubble wrapped or better protected to prevent the metal edge from ruptured the box. Fortunately the item wasn't damaged.

  This was an open box purchase -brand new appearance/quality item. It says in the description it has a manufacturer warranty. When I asked them they said I'd get a 30 day warranty. If you google this Ultimate you will see it has a lifetime warranty! Poor business practices! I would not buy again.

  Incredibly fast shipping. Arrived with original packaging box as the mailing container. The appearance of the container was scuffed and dented. The interior was intact and appeared in almost new condition. Good price. Will be given as a gift, so unable to address the functionality of the unit. Thank you.
