  The shoes arrived promptly but appeared to have been worn, not new as advertised. Upon contacting the seller, they were very apologetic and very polite. They said they accidentally missed the signs of wear. I sent back the shoes at no cost and the seller quickly refunded my money. Thank you for being so professional! Great to do business with them.

  I ordered shoes with this seller. They arrive fast but unfortunately they were too big so I had to return them. I ran into trouble when I was charged 2 return fees, one from Ebay and one for the seller. I contacted Ebay and they were not helpful at all. I then contacted the seller and she offered very graciously to make up for the Ebay return charge. She did not have to do that so I really appreciated the gesture, it is proof that this seller's priority was Customer satisfaction .

  A very good seller who cares about thier customers. I ordered a pair of clogs only to find later I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect size and had to ask to cancel the order. For the first time I had a quick and very kind and understanding response, and the seller cancelled and I receved a refund. This is so much appreciated, as it is difficult to order online and sizing often gets mixed up especilly if you order for others. A+and many stars. Thanks
