  Packaging was great and secure. The seller shipped the product as soon as they could and I am grateful for that. I received it in less than 3 days.   Great experience! Seller sent me a deal on the game I put on my watch list so I grabbed it.   Shipping was very speedy and the item was packaged well. Item came with physical defect as described but did not work as described. The seller took in the return immediately, function tested it, and immediately issued a refund. They also reached out to apologize and even offered a discount off my next item as part of the apology.
