    This seller went above and beyond to deliver a quality product. I wasn’t able to get my package in time due to health reasons and my package was returned back to the sender, through no fault of the seller. They happily arranged to deliver this to me for a second time. Brilliant seller, first rate service and just really understanding, decent and kind. I would happily buy from this seller again and have saved their details for future purchases. I’d give you six stars if I could. A big thank you!

    Quite good quality. Says 16 phrases. The description does not indicate that one wing does not glow, but both move. I consider this uncritical. The mane and tail are easy to comb. Packed in bubble wrap and the same envelope. Therefore, I admit that the malfunction appeared during shipment.
