I filled it up with soapy water to clean it out and realized it leaks.... Description says this is a new mug, along with the leaking I could tell the item was not new because there were some scratches on the inside. It's now been two days with no response to my messages trying to get a new mug sent to me. I don't want to get Ebay involved but I'm going to have to......

The build quality is terrible and I don't believe the handle is even made of horn. This is negligent at best and fraudulent at worst. If this seller sells comparable products as antiques at this price they should be banned from ebay immediately
