  Turns out seller didn't have the item, but informed me right away and refunded me same-day. It was a buy-it-now, not an auction, so NOT a seller unhappy with price, just a miscount of inventory. I have no issue with this. It happens. Good seller.

  Snafu (buyers fault) with shipping address. Advised seller prior to shipment but item sent to wrong location. Buyer was able to retrieve the item at an old address and then seller volunteered a partial refund without buyer asking! Excellent!!! Seller was great to work with.

  Perfect and Authentic knife, Sweet!! A week ago I purchased the same ZT 0350 -TS and that seller shipped me a Counterfeit! I had to disassemble the knife to know 4sure. This Seller's listing was done perfect, as they included photo of original packaging box that verifies, :Same Serial # as one on the Knife. Thx!!
