    Buy Sell Tech sent the headset quickly, but it arrived without a charging device, only a micro-USB cable. On contacting them, we determined BST had sent the wrong headset, and they sent a second. They did not respond about whether or not they wanted the original back. The second one also arrived without a charging device, so I purchased one independently.
