They promptly sent out a replacement free of charge that has arrived today. Item is as described and pictured. Very good condition, Quality, Value and Appearance. Nice going seller, 5 stars!! :)

    Item, which was a new group head handle of a Sunbeam Cafe Series Em7000, seemed to be identical with the part replaced, which had a broken handle from being dropped. Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver. This seller had the best price I was able to find, with free shipping.

    Due to me ordering a 3rd gen not the 2nd as needed IPad cover . I did have to pay for the return but it was my fault..so hint always re check. As soon as they received it back , took a few days but they refunded my money back so good outcome.. They do communicate very well as well..
